Native Social – User Data Deletion Request

Native Social allows users to request the deletion of any personal data collected through integrations with Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Google, and LinkedIn.

How to Request Data Deletion

To delete your data, send a request to:

  • Privacy Email: privacy@nativewave.media
  • Admin Contact: markm@nativewave.media

Please include:

  1. Your full name
  2. The email you used in the app
  3. The platform(s) you want disconnected
  4. Your user ID for that platform (if applicable)

You may also manually revoke app permissions using the links below:

Facebook & Instagram

Visit: Facebook App Settings
Remove “Native Social” from your Business Integrations list.

X (Twitter)

Visit: Twitter Connected Apps
Revoke access for “Native Social”.

Google

Visit: Google Account Permissions
Remove “Native Social” from third-party apps.

LinkedIn

Visit: LinkedIn Permitted Services
Remove “Native Social”.

What Happens After Requesting Deletion

Once you submit a deletion request:

  1. We verify your identity.
  2. We revoke all active tokens from all selected platforms.
  3. We delete stored social media metadata related to your account.
  4. We confirm completion by email.

All requests are processed within 7 days.
